Fife Coast Path
The Fife Coast Path keeps faithfully to the shore between the Forth Road Bridge and Newport on Tay. It includes numerous castles, fishing villages, remarkable rock formations, caves and long sandy beaches. The coast is a haven for bird life and flora. Apart from the exposed Elie Chainwalk, carved steps with chains, at Kincraig Point, the walking is easy, though times of high tide are best avoided in some places as the walk uses the foreshore. |
